Our guesthouse, a 19^th century detached house, is situated off a country lane, down a short bridlepath on the very edge of open fields with easy access to public footpaths and the Ridgeway.

This idyllic, peaceful bed and breakfast cottage on the Buckinghamshire (Bucks), Hertfordshire (Herts), Oxfordshire (Oxon) county borders, in the heart of the Chiltern countryside, has that Olde English nostalgic country charm. No wonder this area is the centre for filming of Midsomer Murders. Field Cottage b and b is a real find according to one guest, yet is easily accessible. It certainly lives up to its name.

There is also easy access to the M40, M4, M25, Ml and A41.
